It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and here at Sploro, we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with our Sploro Week: Christmas Edition! This week was the perfect mix of inspiration, teamwork, and, of course, a festive spirit that only our Sploro family can bring. Here’s a recap of the highlights from a week to remember:
Wednesday was a day to reflect and think about the future. As a team, we took the opportunity to recognize the remarkable achievements of 2024 in Sploro’s 3 areas, charge batteries for the projects we are launching in 2025 (to be announced) and set our new year’s resolutions for the challenges we intend to face in the coming year.
Each of us shared what we think we would be celebrating one year from now. Little did we know, with this exercise, we were manifesting all the incredible accomplishments that are about to come.
Something became crystal clear as we connected the dots between our three branches, Cascade Funding, Sploro, and Kronis. Our shared vision is to elevate our brand, making it synonymous with innovation across Europe and beyond. When innovators consider cascading funding, we want Sploro to be the first name they think of.
Thursday was dedicated to teamwork. Each group organized its own meetings and training sessions, fostering collaboration across the board. Of course, we made time for the traditional team photo, despite the rain trying to crash the party!
In addition to group activities, everyone had the chance to meet with their manager for a performance review, goal alignment, and career development discussions. These conversations are crucial for growing together as a team.
In the evening, our colleague Paula invited us to her debut concert, performing a magical night of original songs and rock vibes. At Sploro, we proudly support our teammates as they pursue their dreams!
Friday the 13th didn’t bring bad luck, instead, it brought excitement! We spent the day in an Escape Room, where each team showed their collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills. While all teams managed to escape, Team 2 earned the top spot.
After the challenge, we met for lunch and celebrated together, full of laughter, anecdotes, and festive accessories reminding us how lucky we are to be part of this team. We also had a fun twist on the traditional Secret Santa, where the game was to open Amazon lost packages, something we highly recommend to other teams for a unique and hilarious experience! The day ended with a recognition of our team’s achievements, acknowledging that our colleague’s success is also ours.
