
If there’s one thing Sploro never does, it’s standing still. Sploro Week 2025 was the perfect proof that our company is not just growing in numbers it’s evolving in diversity, skills, and European spirit. We’re a bigger team, sure. But more importantly, we’re a better team. Talent, one of our core values, now shines across every corner of Sploro.
This year’s Sploro Week beat last year’s in every possible way. More people. More countries. More ideas. More fun. The week was a whirlwind of learnings, challenges, laughter, collaboration, and a true admiration for innovation. Here’s how it went down, straight from the heart of Pamplona.
We started with a full house. Excitement was in the air, even if the Pamplona sky decided to shower us with rain! Miguel, our CEO, opened with an honest, powerful welcome. He reminded us how the past month brought tough challenges, but also highlighted how, together, we managed to overcome them and arrive at this week ready to celebrate, analyse, and keep exploring.
The morning was all about transparency: we dug into the metrics of 2025, explored department by department where we stand, and set our sights on what 2026 will bring. If there was one takeaway, it’s that our mission and energy guided by our compass will get us where we want to go.
Next, HR challenged us with a team-building game: split into four diverse groups, we had to design a brand new European project and pitch it to the whole company. The twist? Each team got a captain and a handicap they could assign to another team. The creativity, competitiveness, and cross-functional teamwork were off the charts! It was the perfect reminder of how each Sploro teammate brings something unique to the table.
After lunch (and a much-needed coffee), we jumped right into group work—each team gathering to brainstorm, share perspectives, and push their ideas forward. The energy was contagious, with everyone deep in discussion, building on each other’s strengths, and coming up with creative solutions.
Meanwhile, the Comms team was everywhere, capturing the best moments for an upcoming video (trust us, you’ll want to see it—there are big changes ahead!).
Later, we all came together to share what we’d discovered. Every group presented their insights, takeaways, and ambitious plans for 2026. The conversations flowed across teams, sparking new ideas and plenty of friendly debate. It was real, open collaboration—the kind that makes Sploro feel like one team working toward something big.
Day two was all about external inspiration. We welcomed experts and partners from Navarra and beyond. Miguel opened the morning, setting the tone for a lineup of powerhouse speakers:

The excitement continued with a live recording of the “Efecto Cascada” podcast, featuring Emilio Corchado on our in-house set. The episode isn’t out yet but stay tuned, because it’s coming very soon and you definitely won’t want to miss it!
After lunch, Andrea Cruzado and Paula Ostiz gave us a sneak peek into our new comms strategy. Big changes are coming: rebranding, web redesign, and a fresh take on the Sploro umbrella brand, including Cascade Funding Hub and Kronis. The future looks bold!
Timi Graubina, our Startup Portfolio & Partnership Manager, wrapped up the day sharing how she keeps our startup community engaged and thriving. (And yes, she’s always hunting for new perks. If you’re part of our programs, keep an eye out!)
Time to update our image! We refreshed our individual and team photos in the beautiful park next to the office, everyone rocking the brand new Sploro hoodie. The vibe? Proud, energetic, and oh-so-Instagrammable.
And then… the main event: LASER TAG! No more screens, no more slides just adrenaline, teamwork, and (let’s be honest) some pretty epic cardio. The battles were fierce, but the laughter louder. Who knew your office teammate would be such a sharpshooter? It was the kind of fun that brings everyone closer.
To top it all off, we wrapped with a Christmas lunch. Ugly sweaters, global playlist (each teammate picked two tracks), and a lot of cheer. It’s hard not to feel proud when you see the Sploro family together, celebrating what we’ve achieved and the unique culture we’re building.
Sploro Week 2025 wasn’t just an event. It was a reminder of what makes us different: Our drive to innovate, the strength that comes from real diversity and an unstoppable spirit of cooperation.
This week, we proved that talent at Sploro is more than a word it’s the engine behind everything we do. 2026, get ready. We’re just getting started.
