Two weeks ago, we gathered, both online and in person, for one of the most energizing events of our quarter: the Sploro All-Hands Meeting, followed by a memorable Sploro Day in our HQ.
These gatherings are always a special opportunity to come together as a team, reflect on what we’ve accomplished, welcome new faces, and look ahead to what’s next. And this time was no different!
The meeting opened with a recap of our journey so far, offering a big-picture view for both veteran and new team members. We celebrated the progress made across all departments, from international and national projects to consulting activities and KRONIS and took a moment to recognize the collective effort that drives our momentum.
It was especially meaningful to hear from team leads, who shared updates, department perspectives, and goals for the months ahead. These sessions always help keep us grounded, aligned, and inspired by each other’s work.
This quarter, we were thrilled to welcome three new members to the Sploro family:
•Timi Graubina, our new Startup Portfolio & Partnership Manager, brings a collaborative spirit to our work with innovators, entrepreneurs, and beneficiaries. She’s already launched the Sploro Community for SMEs, join HERE!
• Alexandros Chatzipavlidis and Ecem Özdemir have come on board as Project Managers, strengthening our capacity to deliver high-impact EU projects across diverse fields.
We’re incredibly excited about the energy, ideas, and experience they bring and can’t wait to see the mark they’ll make at Sploro!
After the meeting, those who were in Pamplona enjoyed a well-deserved team lunch together, with a delicious twist. Our CEO, Miguel, put on his chef’s hat (literally!) and cooked for the team, turning the office into a warm, welcoming space where stories were exchanged, laughter was shared, and connections deepened.
It was a beautiful reminder of what makes Sploro special: the people, the collaboration, and the shared purpose that ties us all together, whether we’re working side-by-side or across Europe.
Sploro Day was a celebration of our team, our values, and the path we’re shaping together. We left the day feeling more connected, more aligned, and more excited than ever about what’s ahead.
