We are practitioners who have worked inside European projects — writing proposals, coordinating programmes, managing open calls and building tools for innovation ecosystems.
That experience shaped a different kind of company: one that combines strategy, execution and technology to make European funding simpler and more accessible.
After years in the European grants ecosystem, founders Miguel, Alberto, and Guillermo saw that bureaucratic complexity was stifling innovation.
In 2021, they launched Sploro in Pamplona to make EU funding accessible and manageable for all organizations. Their agile, expert-driven approach proved successful right from their first project, Ventures Thrive.
