REDUCE

REDUCE takes on the challenge of canteen waste with a smart, AI-powered platform that not only tracks leftovers but encourages behavioural change. By putting data in the hands of catering companies and diners, REDUCE is proving that a few simple nudges can lead to a lot less waste.

As the three finalists gear up for their moment in Brussels, we want to shine a spotlight on the remarkable efforts of every team in the Open Call 2 programme. The innovators behind 3FAIR, MyNutri, and TRACE-IT have each contributed breakthrough ideas, advancing food transparency, sustainability, and health in impressive ways.

Their achievements showcase the true breadth and potential of digital innovation proving that meaningful impact is created not just by the finalists, but by all teams daring to address the sector’s most pressing challenges.
