What is the event about?

The event focuses on increasing access to European funds for Navarre entities through cascade financing mechanisms and capacity building for companies.

Why is cascade funding important?

Cascade funding is a mechanism of the European Commission to ensure that funds reach start-ups and SMEs in an efficient way, optimizing processes, thematic approach, higher success rates and reduced administrative burdens compared to other European programs.

Who is it for?

The event is aimed at Navarre startups and SMEs with a high innovative or technological component, agents of the Navarre R&D&I System (SINAI) with advanced technological specializations, and startup incubators and accelerators.

What will the event consist of?

The event will feature presentations by key European players, beneficiary testimonials and interactive mentoring workshops to identify suitable funding opportunities by sector.

How will the mentoring sessions be organized?

The mentoring sessions will be interactive workshops in which attendees will be grouped by sector. Each group will receive guidance from experienced mentors on identifying relevant cascade funding opportunities.

What can I expect from the interactive mentoring?

Attendees will learn how to identify and apply for cascade funding opportunities, get practical advice tailored to their sector, and understand the benefits and processes involved in obtaining European funding.

How can I prepare for the workshop?

We encourage attendees to select their primary sector of interest during registration. Bringing specific questions and having a clear idea of your funding needs will help maximize the benefits of the mentoring sessions.

Mentoring will cover a variety of sectors, including women’s entrepreneurship in technology, agri-food and nutrition, robotics and automation, ICT, photonics and materials, energy, transportation and mobility, and health and wellness.
